I'm Lynn, a born and raised South Louisiana girl. A few years ago I took a leap of faith and left the classroom to teach Cajun and Creole cooking classes in the heart of the French Quarter. I quickly realized how lucky I am to live in the Crescent City and how little I actually knew about the food I love and the people who shaped it. Three years of deep-dive learning later, I"m wrapping all that history around some mighty tasty food.
